✅ Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll send you a replacement for free.

To request a replacement:

• Visit the Contact Us Page within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and photos showing the issue.

• We’ll process and ship your replacement quickly.

❌ No Returns

Because each item is created just for you, we do not accept returns for:

• Changed your mind

• Incorrect photo uploads

• Slight color variations (these can happen due to screen display differences)
